The staff at reception was polite and courteous. The location of the property was fantastic - we were close to public transport, a metro station, a Ralph's supermarket, as well as shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights and we were really happy with our choice. The staff at the reception desk were very courteous and accommodating. The breakfast spread was fantastic, catering to all tastes. the airport was just a quick 17-minute drive away.

Room was fine and available with a big kitchen and a patio, as for instance. There were a microwave oven and a fridge upon arrival. The staff were courteous and efficient day and night.

Had a great 4-day stay and would definitely return. Loved the charming little hotel, easy to locate, and the friendly staff at the front desk.

The location was very convenient for us because you have the red line of the subway a few minutes away and this line connects you to everything. For $25 you get the TAP card for a week that serves you for the subway and for the buses that connect to the subway.

I didn't like the stairs to the room. They're not at all practical when you're carrying bags. Breakfast is served in a bar right next door and although it makes you the role to have a drink before starting the day to my liking it is quite limited. Our room was equipped with a very large kitchen with a huge kettle, stove, oven, microwave and even a dishwasher, but it had hardly any cooking equipment, no dishes, no washing up. If it had been more equipped we could have used it much more.

hotel is simple, it is clean (room 17), best thing is its location, it is a step away from the walk of fame and Sunset Blv, staff is attentive, girl speaks Spanish, they kept the bags for us the last day until the night, in general quality price good. Having said this about the hotel I want to make it clear that breakfast should be moved to a different place (it is served by an adjacent place called Catch 56, it is a disaster the staff Steve Young, an arrogant, repetitive and unprofessional pimp, waffles, toast, hamburgers and beaten eggs, do not ask him for anything different, he ignores you, one day you ask him for hot milk and he gives it to you, second day if you give him a good tip he ignores you, he takes the oreo away from you so you do not take more, etc. I repeat, hotel is fine, breakfast is better if they change the place or literally do not offer it.

There are no words to express how great we were treated during our stay! Free breakfast, great pool area, friendly staff! What more can we ask for? And the price, excellent! We were able to book an entire week because of how cost effective the rates were. The housekeeping staff always kept our room clean and brought new towels everyday! I am ecstatic with how everything went and will be staying here again in the future!
